Conceived by Kerstin Thompson Architects — the awarded Melbourne studio behind Bundanon Art Museum & Bridge — Centennial Deepdene comprises four distinct, mid-rise buildings — Jacaranda, Banksia, Myrtle and Willow — arranged around a series of landscaped courtyards and gardens by Openwork that both create and connect the Centennial community.

Named for the flowering trees that shape Deepdene’s streets, each of Centennial Deepdene’s four buildings is realised as its own address, with its own material palette and a considered mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom residences and penthouses. Together, they form an intimate, garden-set precinct.

Positioned on the corner of Whitehorse Road and Campbell Road, Centennial Deepdene sits directly against the Anniversary Trail, and a short walk from Deepdene Village. Snow Pony’s courtyard and Mowers Café are minutes away on foot; the wider shopping and dining of Balwyn a few minutes more. The Melbourne CBD lies eleven kilometres to the west.
